PRINTING
 We currently use 10 automatic silk screen presses consisting of three 14 colour TAS presses, one 12 colour TAS press, one 10 colour jumbo TAS press, one 10 colour M&R press, one 10 colour Arrow Multiprinter, two 8 colour Arrow Multiprinters and one 6 colour Arrow jumbo Multiprinter. It is our policy and objective to look for state of the art machines and in a wide range of machines in order that we may provide you with the best quality service in the market place. Through our ongoing investment in equipment, we are able to offer you large capacity and our versatility in these services allows us to meet any and all your requirements with respect to time and breadth.
The average daily production is about 20,000 prints and can be increased to 50,000 prints daily.
 Akran utilizes a state of the art, computerized colour matching system. This ensures that our colours are true and consistent from art development to sampling to production of goods (including repeat runs). We mix inks using the colour pigments to assure that the colours in your prints are always vibrant and will withstand fading in the wash.
We use state-of-the-art technology in preparing our films and screens to assure you of quality products.
 3D Printing: Special process involving puff inks and overlaying of inks over the puff to add texture to the print.
Tote puff printing - Printing on woven products like socks and gloves.

EMBROIDERY
 We currently use over 250 heads of embroidery and continue to invest on upgrading and expanding our equipment to ensure that we use the most technologically advanced machines able to complete precise embroidery on even very small images. We have flat embroidery machines, cap machines, wide area machines for large applications, as well as chenille embroidery machines. We have 48 heads of chenille embroidery machines, the largest of any facility in Canada. We have a variety of capabilities in embroidery including regular embroidery, cap embroidery, 3D embroidery, tackle twill, applique, computerized chenille embroidery. Our large capacity and our versatility in these services allow us to meet any and all your requirements with respect to time and breadth.
The average daily capacity is 70,000,000 stitches sewn. This number can be increased to 110,000,000 stitches sewn daily during the busy season. That is equal to 22,000 units of embroidery a day *.
Our suppliers stock over 100 colours of thread at any given time. We can have at least 200 spools of each of the stock colours on hand. If you can?t find your colour in our stock, there are 500 extra colours to choose from many different manufacturers that can be available immediately.
Our suppliers stock over twenty colours of twill, felt, and ultra-suede. We can have equipped with computerized cutting machines as well as high volume die clickers to handle all of your applique and tackle-twill needs.
Chenille: We have 48 heads of computerized combined chenille and embroidery machines, the largest capacity of its kind anywhere.
3-d embroidery: This process can raise embroidery as much as 4 mm from the garment.
