I made a mistake in my order! Can I change it?
If you've sent your order and you've found you've made a mistake, please call us immediately at 1-866-219-6000. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.
Can I increase the quantity of my order after its been placed?
Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it's printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment must be arranged at time of order. Please call 866-219-6000 to order. . You will be billed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax may be added to your final invoice depending on the state you are in.
Can you rush my order?
Yes, rush service can be provided. There is usually an additional charge for a rush order.
Do you have a catalog I can order?
We do not produce mail-order catalogs.
What shipping service do you use? Is expedited shipping available?
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time (2-7 days) based on your location and shipping service level. We can provide expedited shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We do provide international shipping Charges are based on weight and destination.
