DistributorCentral offers multiple classes & webinars throughout the week to assist you in
learning more about your account. Check the schedule below for the available classes.
You can click on the class that you would like to attend and register for it. Please do so at least 30 minutes before the start of the class. Once you are registered, you will receive
the class information to attend.
Please email info@DistributorCentral.com with your contact information if you would like to attend the Product Setup class. These are one on one classes with Suppliers regarding product setup.
This class will go through the basic product searching features and techniques from within DistributorCentral. We will also go through the basic presentation features that are offered.
This class may be attended by Distributors who are interested in the product searching and presentation features or Suppliers that want to see how their product data is utilized by Distributors.
This is an overview of a Supplier account. It goes through the basic features and how to make your account ready to use.
If you are a Distributor or reseller you will need to sign up for the Features Overview for Distributors Class rather than this one.
Product Setup
One on One Sessions available
This is a required class for Suppliers to learn the Product Editor area of DistributorCentral. It goes the the creation of a product and how your products can interact with our shopping cart in DC.
This class should be attended in the early stages of your account with DC and can also be attended again as new members of a Suppliers team need to be educated in the use of the Product editor.
This is an overview of the Freight estimate process. It goes through how to enter your estimates for all of the products listed.
If you are a Distributor ( or a reseller) you need to sign up for Features Overview For Distributors.
This is a class for Suppliers, specifically the Customer Service Department (Suppliers are Manufacturers)
It is an Overview of a Supplier account. It goes through the basic features and how you work with DistributorCentral orders and Distributors.

Supplier2Supplier- Order Management on DC
This is a discussion of what can be done to lower your costs using Distributorcentral for your order management. The purpose of this class is to discuss how to use DC for operating to improve your bottom line.
If you have attended one of our prior webinars you are welcome to attend again as different questions are asked by participants and new areas are discussed.

The purpose of this class is to discuss how that product data can be leveraged to exposure to buyers and increase sales.
