Requirements customer provided artwork.

Computer Software: in some programs text must be coverted to curves/outline/raster or vector form. If not possible, all fonts must be included with art (Mac & PC fonts). If additional work is needed, a charge of $30.00 per hour will apply.

Recommendations: vector art such as Illustrator EPS, Photo Shop or Coral Draw files provide superior reproduction quality and allows images to be re-sized without loss of sharpness or detail. Lines must be 1 point or larger. 

Provided Artwork: when artwork is provided, some files or images are unacceptable or not fully completed artwork. If your artwork is one of the following formats below (Unacceptable Artwork/Text Files). You will have to modfiy your artwork to one of the following acceptable file formats (Illustrator EPS, Photo Shop or Coral Draw).We do reserve the right to determine what is and is not unacceptable or not fully completed artwork.

Unacceptable Artwork/Text Files: Faxes, copies of faxes, photocopies, photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art that needs to be re-sized, low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 600dpi, letterhead, business cards, actual product or any other art that needs to be touched-up, art that needs to be color seprated. Text files from word processing, documents such as Power Point, Word Perfect or Windows Metafiles can not be used.

At First Class Image: we have a Design Team that can create your logo design from scratch. Or take those logo design ideas you have started, and help you complete your design. 

Acceptable Media: CD-ROM or via e-mail. A printout of art should be included with your artwork.
