RETURNED CHECKS
In all cases where Franklin Promotions (FP) we have a check returned for Insufficient Funds FP will assess a $50.00 fee.
CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING ORDERS
Once an Order Acknowledgment is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. (FP) will make every effort to comply with your cancellation request. If you have already signed your Order Acknowledgment, there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 to cover order entry and preparation expenses. In addition, you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to the time that we are able to cancel your order. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. All Cancellations must be in writing.
CLAIMS, ADJUSTMENTS & RETURNS
If you have any problems with your order please contact customer service at 813-384-8262 within 15 days of receipt. We advise opening your merchandise to review its quality if you do not intend to use it right away. After this time we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. Please have your order number available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately. If necessary we will issue an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and provide you with a special shipping address. All items are custom printed items. FP does not provide a warranty against defects in other manufacturers workmanship. but will assist the customer in resolving any disputes of such. FP will not be held responsible for inability to fill orders due to strikes, shortages of materials, fires, weather or any other causes beyond our control.
OVERAGES & SHORTAGES
FP will try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but this is not always possible due to quality control efforts and fast running machines. We reserve the right to ship and subsequently bill or credit, your charge card or account, for up to 10% over or under the desired quantity.
SITE PRICING
While FP makes the best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime.
SITE IMAGES
FPP makes the best efforts to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of the products. However, web site images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We want to remind customers to be careful about making assumptions about products from the site image alone. We strongly urge our customers to order actual samples (shipping cost may apply). If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.
ARTWORK
Artwork will be accepted in any of the following formats:
- Artwork must be on a 31/2 disk or a recordable CD in formats readable in Coral Draw, **EPS, TIFF, and PDF formats preferred. PO must be indicated on disk.
- Artwork may also be submitted via e-mail. Indicate PO number in subject field with the transmission to prevent delays with processing. E-mail: mail@franklinpromos.com.
- Artwork must be black and white camera ready of 600 dpi or higher. Faxed artwork will not be accepted.
- Artwork that is not camera ready and to size will be charged a $50 per hour, minimum 1 hour charge.
- Artwork MUST specify where, what and angle the artwork is to be placed on items printed (i.e., front pocket at 45 degree angle).
COMPLETE ORDER
The term "Complete Order" is defined as and must contain:
- Purchase Order
- Item Description (Item # & Description), Item Colors, Quantities, Sizes, Styles, Ink Colors
- Imprint Instructions (angles, etc.)
- Receipt of camera ready artwork
- Ship to Address
- Shipping Method
- 50% Deposit Monies Received or other arrangements made
- Contact Name, Company Name, Phone Number, Address, Fax Number and e-mail Address
- Any other information pertinent to your order
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time does NOT include day order was received.
C.O.D. & RUSH ORDERS
C.O.D. shipments are not available. Rush charges may apply and all rush orders must be approved by FP.
CREDIT TERMS AND PAYMENT
All orders must be prepaid 50% down and remaining amount due at delivery. A $50 service charge for all returned checks will be applied. Terms may be changed to prepayment for future orders.
IMPRINTING
All pad-printed items are printed by hand and eye coordination and are subject to the following conditions:
- The imprint areas given are approximate and may vary depending upon the artwork
- Due to the density of the items, when the pad hits the item, a slight wrinkle may occur possibly causing a break-up in the print.
- Some imprint colors will print differently dependent on the color of the product. For example: blue on yellow backgrounds may appear with a green tint, white on red back grounds may appear with a pink tint.
- When basic imprint colors are used, the background may vary the color in appearance.
- Exact color reproduction for reorders may vary.
- Perfect circle imprints may not print as "perfect circles on cups, mugs or other products that are tapered or curved.
COLORS, TEXTURES, MULTI-COLOR IMPRINTS
Colors and textures of certain products may vary according to manufacturing. Due to manufacturing process, these variations are considered acceptable. Second orders may not come from the same dye lot. Two, three and four-color imprints are available on most items. Artwork must be supplied, color separated in black and white. Artwork on disk or CD must be sent as specified in the Artwork section.
SAFETY INFORMATION
FPP will not be held responsible for any misuse of items sold that may cause injury or death.
TRADEMARK USAGE
All materials submitted by the customer to be used in the production of the items ordered will be accepted as being in full compliance with laws regarding trademarks and similar protection. We reserve the right to use all the products in our advertising and displays unless otherwise specified at the time of order.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
Artwork must be proofed and approved prior to production. FPP will not be held responsible for Typographical Errors after proof and approval has been signed and ordered.
IDEAS
It is agreed upon FPP can charge for any or all ideas and suggestions regarding promotional advertising made to the client.
TRADEMARK NOTICE
The artwork designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type of quality of imprints available and does not constitute endorsement of any products in the FP product line.
