With more than 20+ years of combined on-site multifamily construction, lease up, on site mgmt & marketing and the past 13 years on the Vendor side. Specializing in multifamily, Debra Cooper Stepp, President/CEO, provides unique & creative logo apparel lines & promos to market your community or entire portfolio. Her award winning designs have proven traffic driven results.
Whether a community Grand Opening, Resident Retention gift, Pool Party, special resident event- Coffee Hour, Mom's Morning, or exhibiting at a Trade show for University or function, a unique product can make your event successful, making your community stand out from the crowd.
LOGO PRODUCTS...
Due to some Logo products being specific to the Communities, i.e. Logo Entry Mats ( specific size & colors), Flags (different sizes & fabrics) or an event that is a specific theme.. each will require an individual Quote.
If you don't see the item you need, please email us to provide you an individual quote on any item.
LOGO APPAREL: Please note all size grids for apparel as logo apparel is non- returnable. Greystar logo is used for apparel, unless specified at the time of order.
ORDER PROCEDURE: Placing your order online is the first step of your order process. To insure accurate orders, you will receive an emailed Quote with all pricing, Taxes & Shipping (estimate) & an email with the Art Layout for each item to be purchased.
Second Step: Sign the Quote & the art layout approval (if any) & fax the order back to us. Your order will be processed once the approved art & Quote is received.
Production of your item does not start until the manufacturer verifies all artwork is camera ready (clean art ready & to size for imprint). Therefore, we have you preapprove art before we send it in.
Your order will be shipped directly to your community or event location.
APPROVALS: By signing the Quote you hereby approve the purchase as Agent for the Owner & Greystar Management for your community.
PAYMENTS: Greystar communities have a National account, therefore you are on account with due terms of net 15 with special pricing considerations. Any account that does not pay within terms will be turned into a prepay account only. Late charges will be billed accordingly.
EMPLOYEE PURCHASES: If an employee would like to purchase an item, it is considered on an individual basis. We accept only Credit Cards for employee purchases. Master card, Visa, Discover and American Express. You will be billed in advance.
