Prices and policies effective:
January 1 - December 31, 2008
ARTWORK
For fastest service and accuracy, please e-mail or send art on PC or Mac
disk (Zip, CD, or Floppy). We strongly encourage high resolution images
with minimum 300 dpi/150 lpi in the following formats: Freehand,
Photoshop, or Illustrator. We can accept Corel Draw and Acrobat PDF
files, but this may delay processing.
One-color and multi-color imprints require black and
white camera-ready
art, a PMS color breakdown, or digital art. Files containing text
must include fonts or text converted to paths.
Art must be sized to approximate imprint area for best
results. Faxed or
reproduced artwork cannot be reproduced. Artwork will be returned
upon request. Art for repeat orders is kept on file by purchase order
number for 12 months.
Special Note: Process color is the blending of
four primary colors that
provide a wide array of pleasing colors as in print advertising such as
magazine ads. Since they are not comprised of pigments, process colors
provide an approximate pleasing color match, but not an exact PMS
match. PMS color references will be converted to process colors known
as CMYK. A Pantone Process Color Imaging Guide can be used to
reference similar CMYK values.
DESIGN CHARGES
Custom artwork created or modified by our Art Department will be
billed at $83(c). Any customer changes to artwork will be billed an
additional $83(c) setup. The customer will be contacted prior to order
processing when additional charges apply. Straight line copy or color
changes will be billed $8.50(c).
DROP SHIPMENTS
Multiple drop shipments after first address charged $17.00(c). Minimum
$100.00 order per location.
ORDERS
Orders and artwork can be sent to Goldstar (ASI 73295, PPAI 114031,
UPIC GOLD0009, SAGE 57190, PPAC 990121) via Email, Fax, or US mail,
or artwork can be submitted separately with distributor’s PO number
referenced. Goldstar is not responsible for typographical or handwritten
errors on distributor’s order.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Our goal is to have orders to production within 24 hours of approval.
Change requests or cancellations after production begins will be
charged for any production costs incurred plus a cancellation fee of
$100.00(A) when appropriate. Straight line copy or color changes will be
charged $10.00(A).
RUSH CHARGE
A rush charge of 10% or $25.00, whichever is greater, will be added if
product is to be delivered in less than standard quoted lead times.
PACKAGING
All product ships bulk to minimize shipping costs unless otherwise
specified. Multiple carton shipments of same product may vary slightly
