Q: Can I order Promotional Products directly from Killer GraphiX?
A: Yes, we have a representative (Lisa or Mike) that will be glad to take your order and process the information that you need to receive your Promotional Products. Just call 951-674-4536 and we will be glad to assist you
Q: I want to place an order, but I have some questions. What can I do?
A: Customer service is our #1 Priority. Just give us a call at 1-951-674-4536 and one of our sales/service representatives will be happy to answer your questions and take your order over the phone.
Q: Is the imprint included in the price and are there any extra charges involved?
A: Every item we feature includes a one color imprint or decoration in the price. Some items have set up or screen charges and some do not. We do not list them all, because at times our factories will feature short term specials with no screen or set up charges. Some items on our site will state in bold No Screen or Set Up Charges. What are amounts to is this: If our contract for this year with any given factory is no screens or set ups, then we will not charge you either. If they do we will. Fair enough?
Q: I want to put our company logo on an item but we do not have camera ready art. What do we do?
A: Just prepare your order, then call us. We maintain a full service art department for development of a Customers logo into camera ready art. Supply us with letterhead, an emailed image; inform us where on your web site your logo is, fax a copy or sketch. Our professional staff can handle it. We will fax you a copy of the completed art for your approval prior to sending the order to the factory and even keep your art on our server and do exact reprints, to any size necessary, for any item you may purchase from us in the near future for Free. Yes, Free. If your art changes, such as you decide to add a new phone number to the art, there is a small revision charge and then we will save that art to our server as well. The cost for this total graphic service is nominal and depends on complexity of your logo and number of imprint colors. A firm order must be placed and approved, prior to our beginning art development.
Q: What is your lead time for an order and if I have a special event date that has to met, can you help me?
A: Generally speaking the industry standard from date of order to delivery is 4 weeks. Some items will arrive a week or so sooner, some a week or so later. For special event needs, we strongly advise you to contact us on the phone immediately so that we may access your needs and recommend products to you that can be delivered to meet your event date. Rest assured, that our company policy states that we will not, under any circumstances, take an order we cannot fill in time for your event.
Q: I can?t seem to locate the item(s) I want on the site. Do you have more?
A: Although we maintain a large selection online, we actually have over 500,000 items available. Just contact us, explain what you are looking for, and we will provide you with the information you desire.
Q: I would like to have a sample of an item before placing my order. If I request a sample, will you send me one.
A: We handle sample requests on a, "Case by Case", basis. Since most of the items we feature are of the, "Brand Name Variety", we do not see a real need for samples of those items to be provided. Again, we do sample requests, but on a limited basis.
Q: What are your general payment terms for an order?
A: We will accept your company check in advance; after you have contacted us with the order so we can determine what the total cost is, to provide you with a final total. We will give open 30 day net invoice accounts to companies who have a good credit rating with D & B or American Business and we accept written and signed purchase orders from the same and or city, county, state and federal agencies.
Q: Do you bid for business?
A: Our company policy firmly states that will not engage in so called "competitive bidding" practices. Our prices are among, if not the lowest, in the nation and we will not deviate from a firm No Bid Policy.
