We will check availability, review your art, and fax or e-mail an acknowledgment with all the details of your order including a total price. Once you arrange for payment, your order will be placed into production.

Artwork
At mrimprintworks.com we make ordering of promotional products as easy as possible. After you have chosen the product(s) you want to order, simply e-mail your artwork to us and we'll let you know if we can use it as is or if it requires revisions by our art department.

What if I don't have artwork?  Send us the best that you have - we'll do the rest!
We can assist you in designing and producing artwork or making your logo ready for imprinting. Simply fax or e-mail us a copy of your logo and type style that you prefer and we'll take it from there. Most jobs can be done at no charge. If your artwork is complex, we will estimate the art production before proceeding.

I have artwork but I'm not sure if it's usable
The preferred format for your artwork is original vector art saved in EPS format with all designs and fonts converted to outlines. If you don't have this, we can create it for you from the artwork you do have. Send us the best that you have - we'll do the rest!

Adobe Illustrator® (file extension .ai or .eps)
Adobe Photoshop® (file extension .eps or .psd at 400ppi and scaled to exact size of imprint)

File Types That May Be Acceptable
Macromedia Freehand® (file extension .fh) The new CS4 Illustrator can open most files. (All text converted to outline)
PDF - depending on how the PDF was created - often times we can lift your logo from a PDF file.
Jpegs (.jpg), PDFs (.pdf). Bitmaps (.bmp), Tiffs (.tif), may be acceptable provided they are at the same size or larger than the desired imprint size. They must be at 300 dpi resolution or higher.

How do I send you my artwork?
E-mail digital files to service@michaelrobert.com or send us a CD or camera ready black and white reproduction of your artwork. We'll take it from there. Color Matching - PMS Matches
PMS is an abbreviation for Pantone Matching System?. These are numbered swatches similar to paint chips. Art departments and manufacturers worldwide work from these PMS numbers. Since we are printing on many different types of surfaces and surface colors (black, blue, yellow, orange, etc.) exact PMS matches are not guaranteed. Most of our factories charge extra for PMS matches - typically $30-$85. For full color/process printing, Pantone colors are converted to process colors and color match is not guaranteed. Our color experts can suggest the best possible method of achieving your color match. If you need an absolute match, we suggest a production sample. Please inquire for charges on the item(s) you are ordering.

Samples* & Proofs
Sample Request Policy - Samples vary depending on the item, availability, cost and supplier. We want you to be pleased with the products you order from mrimprintworks.com and recommend that you order samples of products you are interested in purchasing.

We are happy to provide your business or organization a beginning sample* allowance of up to $7.00 (for one item from one location/factory/supplier) Your first no charge sample includes ground shipping (up to $5.00) to most continental U.S. locations. There is an additional $5.00 shipping charge for each additional sample after the first (assuming standard ground shipping). Expedited shipping for most items is available - call 724-733-9595 for details. Samples that are heavy or bulky, or samples from Canada, will be charged a higher amount. If costs for your first sample and ground freight exceed $12.00, we will call you to arrange payment.

Virtual or Paper Proofs
Our in-house art department will prepare your art for production. Your order acknowledgment will include a virtual or faxed paper proof confirming the imprint that will appear on your order. Once you approve, your order can be placed into production.

Spec Samples / Product Proofs
mrimprintworks.com can furnish an actual product with your requested imprint, for your approval before production. Product proofs are typically $50.00 plus the cost of the item, set up charges, PMS matches and shipping. Additional production time is generally between two to ten working days.


Possible Additional Charges

Artwork Charges
mrimprintworks.com will prepare most artwork at no charge. If extraordinary work is required, we will provide an estimate in advance by phone, fax or email.

Imprint Charges
Imprint methods other than the standard process listed for that item may usually incur additional charges. Please call for a quote and/or recommendation of the best process available for your logo on that product.

Copy Charges
Imprint changes and personalization within a production run are available on some items. Please call for a quote and availability.

Ink Charges
Imprint color changes within a production run are available. Please call for a quote and availability.

Drop Shipments
mrimprintworks.com can ship your order to more than one location. Please call for additional charges.

Split Shipments
If you wish to schedule shipment of your order over a specified time period, please call for a quote.

Sales Tax
mrimprintworks.com is required to collect sales tax in Pennsylvania, Texas and sometimes in California. If your company or organization is a nonprofit, we need a copy of your tax exempt certificate. If you use promotional products for resale, we need a copy of your resale certificate. Please fax these to us at 724 733 9596.

Rush Service
Most products throughout the site are available in less than the Normal Production Time. Call us at 724-733-9595 and let us know which product you are interested in and the date you need the order in hand. We will verify the rush options available and advise you of any additional charges and priority shipping rates, if required.


Quantity Discounts
Discounted pricing may be available for products ordered in quantities higher than the last listed price column. Please call for a quote.


Shipping Options
We make all the arrangements to be sure your products arrive where and when you need them. However, we cannot be responsible for inclement weather, national disasters, customs delays and other unusual circumstances beyond everyone's control.

mrimprintworks.com's products are sold F.O.B. (freight on board) factory. The goods are owned by the purchaser once they are picked up by the carrier. mrimprintworks.com provides a firm ship date for your order and we are happy to recommend the best shipping options and make the arrangements.

Please call us at 724-733-9595 for special assistance if you need drop shipments (orders being shipped to different locations), split shipments (orders being shipped at different times) or international shipments.

mrimprintworks.com will ship your order using our account and invoice the freight charges including insurance at full value, at published rates. We will also ship using your account number, if you prefer. If you choose to use your own account, you are responsible for the insurance, and the shipment belongs to you once it leaves our factory. Some factories add a shipping and handling charge for each carton shipped under your account number. We will advise you of these charges before final processing of your order. If the shipment is lost or damaged, you are responsible for negotiating with the carrier for reimbursement and your company will still be responsible for the full amount of your invoice.

UPS and Federal Express
UPS Ground is usually the most cost effective way to ship promotional items. In cases of high volume orders, trucking alternatives will be given. Within the continental US, shipping time is from one to five days via UPS Ground depending upon where the packages originate and their ultimate destination. Please call for alternative shipping based on your deadline requirements.


Calculating Total Costs
mrimprintworks.com will forward you an itemized acknowledgment with all costs of your order before placing it into production.

The following additional charges may be involved when producing your custom products and packaging and shipping them to your specifications:

Under/Overs
During the imprinting process, products may be discarded that do not meet our factories' high standards. Some factories run extras to be sure to have enough properly imprinted pieces to fill the order. We invoice for the exact quantity shipped. Usually the range is between 5% under and 5% over, but for certain products it can be 10% or higher. mrimprintworks.com will adjust your invoice or credit your account or charge card after your order ships for the exact quantity shipped to you. Please be sure to order a large enough quantity so that if there is an under shipment, you will have enough products for your program.

Packaging Requirements
Gift boxes, mailers, gift wrapping and other special packaging options are available. Please call for a quote.

Third Party Providers
Shipping companies, fulfillment houses and our vendors will only be supplied your information on an as needed basis to fulfill your orders. This is generally limited to shipping addresses and recipient phone numbers when required.

Credit Cards
We do not maintain a record of the credit card you submit to us for payment once all order charges are complete. Submission of your card number to the appropriate credit card company is via encrypted transmission. Each time you place an order with mrimprintworks.com, we will ask you for your current card information, to protect the security of your card.


Terms and Conditions

Acceptance
Your submittal of an on-line or telephone order to mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products and your subsequent signature on our order acknowledgement is a conditional acceptance by mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products of your consent to purchase merchandise from us and confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions of sale as set forth below. Buyer and mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products agree that any contract hereby entered into shall be interpreted and governed by Pennsylvania State Law.

Use of Trademarks and Designs submitted to mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products
Any company or individual ordering custom-imprinted merchandise mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products, warrants and represents that you are the sole, legal owner or licensee of all rights, including copyright, to each trademark, logo, statement, or any other intellectual property included in the design you instruct us to have imprinted on the merchandise you purchase. Furthermore you warrant that the designs you approve for reproduction are in accordance with the guidelines of the owner of said trademark or logo.

You warrant and represent that no part of the design violates or infringes upon the rights of any person or entity nor is it subject to any restriction or right of any kind or nature whatsoever which would prevent mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products from legally reproducing the images or text submitted.

You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit, or proceeding brought against mrimprintworks.com Promotional products for reproduction of the trademarks, logo or written information you supply to us which constitutes wrongful use of any copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party. mrimprintworks.com promotional Products shall not be held liable for the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark that is applied to promotional merchandise purchased from us. Further, mrimprintworks.com Promotional products will not accept liability for the actions of clients who have misrepresented their ownership of licenses or trademarks. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold mrimprintworks.com promotional Products harmless from any loss or damage associated with any such claim, suit or proceeding.

Reproduction of Trademarks and Logos on Our Web Site
All items shown on our web site containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown only to illustrate the logo reproduction capabilities of the companies that produce the respective merchandise displayed on our site. The illustration of any trademark on our site does not constitute any endorsement by mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products on behalf of the owner of said trademark or design.

Product Images Displayed on our Web Site
We warrant that we have not altered or enhanced any images shown on our web site to misrepresent the true nature of the product displayed. We strongly urge our customers to request samples of the products they are considering for purchase to ensure that the color and quality meet their requirements for distribution.

Site Pricing
While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product. We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.

Transfer of Ownership Merchandise
mrimprintworks.com provides a firm ship date for your order and we recommend the most efficient and cost-effective methods to ship based upon your in hands date and destination. Our products are sold F.O.B. (freight on board) factory and are owned by the purchaser once they are picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Delays
mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control. Our specified ship dates for your order(s) are based on the representations of the factory where your merchandise is produced. We will not be held liable for any special damages or consequential claims that exceed the invoiced value of the merchandise purchased if merchandise is not shipped on the specified date or is delayed in transit.

Warranties
We warrant that all merchandise sold to you by mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products is free of any security interest. We shall make available all transferable warranties from the manufacturer of the merchandise available to you, the buyer. We do not express or imply any warranties as to the fitness for purpose of the merchandise you purchase from us.

Cancellation or Changes to Existing Orders
Once you have returned a signed order acknowledgment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to or cancel your order without incurring charges. This will depend on the extent of work the producing factory has performed on your order. We will advise you in writing of any and all costs incurred prior to making changes or cancellations with the factory. You will be responsible for payment of those charges without dispute. Should you cancel your order with mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products prior to the commencement of production by the factory, you will be charged a processing fee of $50.00 for the work we have done to place your order into production plus proof charges if applicable.

Claims, Adjustments & Returns
Should you have any problems with your order, please contact your mrimprintworks.com Account Rep at 724-733-9595 within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise. We urge you to inspect your merchandise upon arrival in order to facilitate the resolution of any claims. Do not return the merchandise to us without receiving a Return Authorization as it will be refused. If you receive a Return Authorization we will advise the correct shipping address for your return. Your mrimprintworks.com Account Rep. will assist you in resolving your claim if your order has not been produced as requested or is defective in manufacture. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved with the carrier.

Sales Tax

If your company or organization is a nonprofit, we need a copy of your tax exempt certificate. If you use promotional products for resale, we need a copy of your resale certificate. Returned Checks
Any checks submitted for payment of our invoice(s) which are returned for insufficient funds will result in a minimum charge of $50.00 to the entity to whom we issued the subject invoice(s).


Product Consistency
We cannot guarantee that all orders purchased through mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products will be 100% consistent in color and material consistency. Minor variations in dye lots, and material thickness and finish are inherent to the manufacturing process. By placing your order with mrimprintworks.com Promotional Products you agree to accept merchandise with such reasonable manufacturing variations.
