Imprint Area: Normal imprint area as follows:

On some products, you can use a larger imprint size. The charge for the die would be more. On the desk pads, there would be an additional imprint charge also. Call for pricing.

Additional Color Imprinting: If a 2nd or 3rd color is required, an additional imprint charge of $.40 (G) for each color will be necessary. One-time Die charges of $45.00 (G) will also be necessary for each color.

5. Standard Headings: Each product cover has a descriptive heading and date. This can be eliminated on request at no extra charge except for the Classic Diaries.

6. Personalizations: Individual names or initials may be imprinted on front covers of all items for a charge of $2.25 (G) per name.

When the item is inserted in a gift box or mailer, a label will be required to indicate the name on the product inside. Unless this is supplied, we will charge $.40 (G) per label. Lists will be faxed for proofreading and approval.

7. Packaging: All products are shipped bulk unless otherwise specified. Gift boxes and mailers are available at additional cost.

8. Proofs: A paper proof is recommended on all orders over 1000 pieces. If proof is required, please state this on purchase order. Paper proofs $9.50 (G). Multiple proofs of customer changes $9.50 (G) each. Product proofs $45.00 (G), set up charge, plus the cost of the product. Proof approval must be in writing.

Bluelines, press proofs and all customer changes will be billed accordingly. Please ask for a quote.

After October 1st, if it is essential to have a product proof, there will be a $80.00 (G) set up charge, plus the cost of the product.

9. Complete Custom Editions: We are capable of incorporating many custom features not available in our standard product line. All orders for totally custom products must be submitted by September 1st together with complete camera ready artwork. Quotations upon request.

No Imprint Allowance: All products can be purchased without imprint. End column pricing will be applied.

Over-runs and Under-runs: Quality Control sometimes creates overages or may leave an order slightly short. Payne reserves the right to ship over/under 5% of the quantity ordered. Billing will reflect the quantity shipped not to exceed a 5% overage.

Normal Production Time:
a) Stock - assorted colors - no imprint - 5 days; specified colors - no imprint - 2 weeks.
b) Foil stamping - 4 weeks from date of receipt of signed purchase order and completed order approval.
c) 10 working day production available on select products with no options. Call customer service for details.
d) Insert pages - 6 weeks from approval of artwork.
e) Phantom/Date Block Overprinting - 8 weeks from approval of artwork.
f) Complete custom orders: Production time 12-14 weeks.

The above dates are from approval of proofs. Rush orders are possible.

10. Rush Orders: Any orders requested for under our normal production time can usually be handled on a special basis. A minimum $115.00 (G) surcharge is made in these cases; the actual charge depends on size and complexity of order and time of year. Customer must pay Air Freight on all rush orders.

NO RUSH ORDERS AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2009.

11. Cancellations: ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING. All costs incurred prior to cancellation will be billed.

12. Drop Shipments: Drop shipments are charged an extra $7.00 (G) per shipment except 1st shipment. Individual mailings $1.60 (G) handling charge in addition to cost of mailers and postage or freight.

13. Shipping: All orders are normally shipped via UPS or common carrier and are prepaid. Prices given are FOB Manassas, Virginia. Any time inside delivery is necessary on common carrier shipments, all charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments with a weight exceeding 400 lbs. are generally shipped via common carrier.

Clear Pocket: May be added to all 31/2 x 61/2 pocket planners at a price of $.44 (G) each. Clear pocket for WB-41 may be added at a price of $.40 (G) each.

Corners: Metal corners may be added to pocket diaries for $.40 (G) per pair.

Wrap Pages: Custom pages may be added to all saddle-stitched (stapled) planners. A wrap has a minimum 4 pages of copy (two sides in front and 2 sides in back). Additional wraps may be added in multiples of 4 pages. Prices for one color printing are shown below; camera ready art supplied by customer:

Insert Pages: May be added to all wire-bound products.

Overprinting: May be added to all date books and desk pads except the weekly pocket planner. Call for minimum quantities and quotations.

Inside Cover: Item prices include one imprint position. You may choose front or back cover. For inside cover, front or back, add $.35 (G) per item.

Typesetting Charges: All artwork must be camera ready to size or there will be additional charges for in-house development and typesetting. All customer changes will be billed accordingly.

Gift Boxes: Available for Classic Collection Diaries.

Memo Pads: 25 sheet pad may be added to all refillable pocket planners for $.32 (G) per pad.

Mailers: Available for all products.

Custom Desk Pads
Payne Publishers offers several styles of stock Desk Pads which may be enhanced with important corporate information to suit any client. Remember, this is very inexpensive advertising that works every day of the year!

Overprinting:Single color logo or corporate information overprinted on pad. The color must be the same as the screened area of the stock calendar and the information and location must be the same on each month. Customer may choose this color. $250 (G) plate charge. More than one color overprinting will incur additional plate and running charges. Quotation on request. Minimum quantity 500 pads.

December Page: To add December month to pad (13 months) add $.30 (G) per pad. Minimum order 1000 pads.

Date Blocking: Information or logos printed on specific days of the month or corporate logos and/or information that varies month to month. $750.00 (G) plate charges if date blocking is the same color used on calendar. More than 2 color printing will incur additional running charge.

Header Pads: APP-IH/DNP-IH: Normal imprint area 1-1/2" x 10-1/2". $55.00 (G) die charge. Imprints longer than 10-1/2" will incur additional die charge of $60.00 (G) plus $.40 (G) per pad. More than one color imprint will incur die charge of $60.00 (G) for each additional color plus $.40 (G) per pad, per color.

Custom Pads: Totally customized desk pads may be created to fit your customer?s needs. Specifications necessary for quotation.
Pricing includes camera ready art from customer. In-house development and typesetting will incur additional charges.
