Where are you located? What hours are you open?
We are
located in Atlanta, Georgia. The Sir Promo Customer Support Team is
in the office each Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST). Any
online orders received after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business
day.
I need my order in hand by a certain date. How can I determine if you can meet my deadline?
Production time varies for each product. Your can click the Request More Info. link found on each product page to determine if we can meet your in-hands date. On this page you can specify the date your product is needed. A member of our customer support team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
How do I send my artwork or specify imprint color?
During checkout you will be asked for imprint color(s) and instructed on how to send your artwork.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit
card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) for
online orders. You may also pay by business check. Contact us and we can email you an invoice to pay from.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We are only required to collect sales tax on your order if the item ships to the same state in which we are located (Georgia).
