BULK SHIP HANDLING CHARGES
Master carton charges $4.00(x) per carton apply to multiple items to one location. Add $1.00(x) per location if 3rd party account used for shipping. Shipping costs are additional. Factory will confirm master carton capacity per order.
Address format for individual drop shipments:
We require an Excel spreadsheet in the following format:
Company Name, Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip, Country, Phone #.
Any addresses that require additional formatting time will be billed at $40.00(x) per hour.
Third party billing:
All third party bill back charges will be invoiced at cost plus $150.00(x) handling.
Hot weather shipping:
Chocolate products require special shipping for warm weather shipping. Ice packs are available for $2.50(g) per basket.
Holiday Cutoff:
We accept holiday orders until December 17th. Orders received after December 1st may require express service or extra delivery charges.
