Vector Art (.ai, .cdr, .eps) is required. Include all linked graphics and change fonts to curves or outlines. If you cannot supply vector art, simply provide us with what you have or what you would like and we'll convert your artwork or create it for you. It's That Easy! (An additional charge may apply).
Virtual Samples We'll gladly provide one FREE virtual sample per product. A virtual sample varies by product and allows you to look at your logo on a product before purchase.
Product Samples
We'll gladly provide one FREE random sample per product priced up to $5.00. For products priced over $5.00, we require the End Quantity Price (EQP). If you cannot provide a UPS or FedEx Shipper Account Number, you will be invoiced for the shipping charge. Various samples mailed through the US Postal Service may be mailed free of charge.
Once you provide us with your logo/artwork and payment or an approved account, you'll receive a FREE paper proof within 2 - 3 days for approval before production can begin. Pre-production Proofs
A pre-production product proof (actual product with your logo/artwork) varies by product and available upon request (An additional charge may apply).
The number of colors to be imprinted and imprint colors vary by products. Four Color Process (CMYK) separations are set up by the individual manufacturers and suppliers. See product details and request quote specifying your requirements.
All the colors are set up in Spot Color Pantone Matching System. A PMS Color Chart allows you to choose and purchase the exact color of your logo based on a 3 - 4 digit color system.
The method of decoration varies by product. Digitizing is the process of converting your logo/artwork to stitches in order to be read by embroidery machines. A Tajima file (.dst) is required. It's the key to great quality embroidery. Tape/Digitizing charges range from FREE to $100.00 or more depending on stitch count.
We accept the following file types
.ai, .cdr, .eps, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .bmp, .tiff, .pix, .psd, .doc, .pdf. and .dst. Please keep in mind that only .ai, .cdr, and .eps are camera-ready (vector art). Vector Art is artwork that is created in a drawing program such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or CorelDraw (.cdr). We work in PC format.
