What are set up charges?  Set up charges are the costs to make the screen, die or embroidery tape that will be used to put your artwork on your promotional products.  These charges vary by factory and are listed with the item description or will be quoted.

What are the charges for extra colors?  Each color requires a screen and a print run. Our prices include the cost of the first print run.  Each additional color will require an additional screen charge and an additional running charge. These charges are listed with the item description or will be quoted.

Do I have to pay sales tax?  Only on prepaid order shipments to the State of Florida and on all open account orders regardless of where shipped.  For open account orders and as an authorized dealer for Kaeser and Blair, Inc., we have to charge state sales/use tax if your business is not tax-exempt because Kaeser and Blair is registered in all 44 states that have sales tax on tangible personal property. K&B will remit these taxes to your state tax authority in a timely manner. However, if you are tax-exempt, we will not charge tax when we receive a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.

How do you handle shipping and handling? We will provide FREE shipping or a freight charge on all prepaid orders.  For open account orders, customer will be invoiced for actual freight charges.  Standard shipping is UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, Best Way or your preferred method.  Orders are shipped Free On Board (FOB) from their point of manufacture.

How long does it take to get an order?  Customized orders are ready to ship 10 - 12 working days (Normal Production Time) after proof approval.  Blank orders ship within 1 - 2 working days.  Rush orders and expedited shipping available also.
