If you cannot supply camera-ready art (vector art), we will prepare most logos from your copy for a flat charge of $40 per logo net for one color, $60 per logo net for 2-color or $90 per logo net for 3 colors. Complex and 4-color art is subject to a quote. These are art charges for making the artwork camera-ready only.
Standard imprint colors vary from item to item and manufacturer to manufacturer. If a specific PMS color match is required, please specify.
Generally, manufacturers and suppliers can accommodate orders calling for delivery at some future date. However, all orders must be completed and shipped no later than December 31, 2009. Shipments cannot be scheduled into 2010 at these prices.
Normal production time is 7 - 10 days. All production times listed are "approximate" and cannot be guaranteed due to variations depending on seasonal changes. Time quoted are actual "working days" (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow additional time for order processing along with 5 - 7 days for delivery by UPS ground or preferred method of shipping.
Minimum Order
Minimum order total is $100. Orders less than $100 are subject to a minimum handling charge.
Rush Orders
"Rush Service" is available from item to item and manufacturer to manufacturer. If Rush service is required, please specify to receive quote.
Samples for Current Customers:
USA: We provide FREE samples and ground shipping for products priced up to $5.00. Products priced over $5.00 will be charged at EQP (End Quantity Pricing) plus shipping or UPS/FedX shipper number required.
International: We provide FREE samples for products priced up to $5.00 (customer pays shipping). Products priced over $5.00 will be charged at EQP (End Quantity Pricing) plus shipping or UPS/FedX shipper numer required.
Samples for New Customers: We require the End Quantity Price plus shipping. See also available Virtual Samples
Returns
Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and contact us for RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and a special shipping address if there are any problems with your merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 10 days because we are unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. We reserve the right to re-supply faulty goods and it is the right of The GIFT GALLERY in its sole judgement and discretion to determine if a product is faulty.
Cancellations and Alterations
Before approval, if you would like to make changes, please Contact Us immediately. Once an order Acknowledgment with proof has been approved, customer is liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been started or completed. These charges may include but are not limited to setup charges, artwork preparation charges, shipping charges and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Proofs
A FREE Paper proof of the proposed imprint copy is provided on each item. Product proofs may also be available on certain items (Additional charge may apply).
Special "Event" Dated Orders
Do not "assume" that a specific date can be met if the item ordered is for special event and would be worthless if delivered after the date. Each case must be specially authorized. . Once authorization has been pre-approved, be certain to expedite your order and put the required "in hands delivery by or notify date" in the appropriate box.
Under-run or Over-runs
Due to the very nature of automated high-speed production equipment and methods it is not possible to guarantee exact quantities. It is industry standard practice to allow for an under or over run of 5% on certain items. Some items even run as much as 30% over run in higher quantities. Invoices will reflect the actual quantity shipped.
We accept payment by Check, Money Order or Credit Card:  
Invoice (50% Down/Net 30) and Open Account Orders (Net 30)
Terms are 1% discount if paid within 10 days of invoice date, net amount if paid within 30 days of invoice date. All invoices beyond 30 days are considered past due and will incur interest at a rate of 18% per annum beginning on day 31. Download and print a Credit Application. A credit application is also printed on each Order Form. The purchaser on demand agrees to pay all cost and reasonable attorney fees which Kaeser & Blair Inc. may incur in the enforcement of contract/order form.
