Q: What is the standard production time for promtional products?

A: The production, or turnaround, time can vary widely depending on the product and the vendor.  Since promotional products are almost all CUSTOM products, the production time is longer than for "off-the-shelf" products.  Generally, it is best to assume at least a 2-3 week production time, but you can contact us with specific product ideas and we can tell you what the production time will be.

Q: How is artwork handled for our order?

A: We will work closely with you on getting your artwork together for your product.  Most likely we will ask for an electronic version of your logo and other artwork.  In most circumstances, we are able to create your artwork with no additional charges.  If there will be additional charges for artwork, we will notify you ahead of time.

Q: How are promotional products priced?

A: Almost all promotional products will have a pricing grid with individual (per piece) prices associated with a particular quantity.  The lower the quantity, the higher the individual price.  Sometimes these prices vary widely from one quantity choice to another and sometimes the differences are quite small.  It is also possible with many vendors to order a "less than minimum" quantity, but there will be a "less than minimum" fee associated.  In addition to the individual price, there is often a "setup" charge.  In most circumstances, there is also a charge for shipping and sales tax.
