Yes, the minimums will vary depending on supplier. The minimums are shown as you browse through the product catalog.
Are the shipping costs included in the subtotal?
No, shipping cost vary quite a bit depending on where the products are coming from. To receive a quote for the grand total of your order including tax (if applicable) and freight, please click on the "Request Grand Total" button and we will provide it for you via email or phone.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders require 5-10 working days to produce. Rush service is available for some products at an additional cost.
How do I send my artwork to be printed?
The easiest way is to email your jpg, gif, eps file to sales@threadshawaii.com. The higher the quality (300 dpi), the clearer your logos will be.
Can I track the status of my order?
Absolutely. Simply create an account on our site and you'll be able to log in to see a history of your orders as well as the status of each order.
