TRADEMARKS

Orders are accepted via fax, mail or e-mail. We can not accept verbal orders. 

Acknowledgements: Sent via fax or e-mail at time of order entry. Unless notified immediately, we will not be responsible for any errors or discrepancies.

Cancellations: All orders received are considered firm and cannot be cancelled except with written authorization of the factory. Charges will be incurred based on all costs associated with work performed to date, plus an order processing charge of $88 (G).

Combined Quantity Pricing: Available on all stock items. Minimum quality for each item must be met. Items must be on the same purchase order and ship at the same time. Imprint must be the same size and method on both items.

Co-op Pricing: Contact factory for quote.

Component Additions: Contact factory for quote on inserting customer supplied items.

Customer-Supplied Products: We will imprint customer-supplied materials. Contact customer service for quote.

Less than Minimum Order: Less than minimum orders are accepted. Call factory for price.

Payment Terms: 1% 10 days, net 30 upon credit approval. First order, custom orders and large quantity orders will require a prepayment or deposit. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late fee charge. Accounts requiring collections will be liable for all associated costs including legal fees, if any. Returned checks will incur a $25 (X) charge.

Pricing: Effective 1/1/15 through 12/31/15. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Underruns/Overruns: We will not exceed 7% of the quantity ordered on stock items or 10% on custom items. Any overruns will be invoiced pro rata. Purchase orders specifying no overs on stock items will be invoiced based on quantity shipped, unders could exceed 7%. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Photocopies and fax copies are not acceptable for artwork. All artwork submitted must be color seperated. Artwork will not be returned unless specifically requested in writing.

Acceptable Applications: Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS3, and QuarkXpress 7.2. We recommend sending Macintosh files only. Please send electronic files in black & white (no grayscale) as either EPS, TIF, or PDF file at a minimum resolution of 600 dpi.

Artwork Fees: If artwork requirements are not met, we will proceed with artwork preparation at a charge of $30 (X) per half hour.

Camera-Ready Artwork: If artwork cannot be sent by e-mail or on disk, please send color-separated camera-ready art along with a composite.

Electronic Artwork: Art can be e-mailed to art@washpromo.com. Purchase order number and our company line name must be referenced in subject line. A hard copy of art should be submitted with purchase order.

File Formats: EPS, TIFF, or PDF.

Resolution: At least 600 dpi, preferably 900 dpi. 


Set-Up For Full Color Process: $80 (G) plus running charge. Running charge will vary based on square inch of coverage and item to imprint. No minimums - few limitations. Call company for quote. Camera-ready color-separated artwork is required.

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOFS

Material Swatch Proof: $58 (G) plus die charge.

Paper Proofs: There is no charge for the first fax or e-mail proof. Additional fax or e-mail proofs are billed at $9 (X) per proof.

Virtual Proofs: There is a charge of $38 (G). The finished virtual proofs are e-mailed with artwork and product to scale and color. Exact color match cannot be guaranteed.

Product Proof/Spec Sample: $88 (G) plus die charge & cost of item at end quantity pricing. Call factory for quote on custom items.

PRODUCTION
Production time begins after all proofs are approved in writing. Standard production time for stock items is 15 to 25 working days. Production time for custom items will be noted on the factory quote.

Rush Service: Rush service is available at no charge for selected items. These items will be highlighted in our catalog with our 3 or 5 Day Turn Around symbol. Purchase orders must clearly state three or five day rush service and specify overnight or second day shipping. The three or five day production time begins after all proofs are approved in writing. Three or five day rush items are only available in one stock imprint color and in catalog quantities.

REBATE PROGRAM
$1,000.00 minimum net sales are needed to qualify. Net orders include all items ordered and imprinting charges, item upgrade fees and special packaging charges. It does not include freight, set-ups, die or tooling charges. Applies to samples and orders placed within a calendar year. All rebates must be requested in writing by February 15th of the following year. Rebates will be credited against your account  following your request. Your account must be kept in good standing with our terms and conditions set forth in our catalog for the rebate to apply. Contact factory for more details.

SAMPLES
Sample requests must be made in writing. All samples are random and are billed at end quantity pricing plus freight. Blank samples require a factory quote.

SHIPPING
Drop or Split Shipments: Charges apply to the second and all subsequent drop and split shipments. $8 (C) for same date shipments and $18 (G) for shipments with different dates. Entire order must ship within 6 months of the initial shipment.

Overseas Shipments: For shipments outside the continental United States, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.  Contact customer service for quote.

Freight Charge: Freight is billed. $3 (X) per box on all orders including those billed to customer's account.

Freight Claims: Goods are shipped at buyer's risk, with title passing to recipient at F.O.B. point. Washington Promotional Group is unable to guarantee on time delivery or the safety of goods once turned over to a recognized carrier. All claims must be made by the recipient against the appropriate carrier within 10 days. We will take all the appropriate steps to aid in the claim process. All original shipping cartons, packaging material and damaged products must be retained by recipient until claim is settled.
