How to Submit Artwork
Camera-ready artwork is preferred on all orders. Camera-ready artwork is any professionally prepared black and white rendering of a logo or type to size. Photo copies or faxed copies are not suitable quality for ad specialty products. Ad Perfect Solutions wants to ensure that you receive the best quality imprint on all promotional products. EPS, AI, PDF are all considered camera ready when saved at a high resolution for most imprinting. Product art specifications can differ from product to product. If we cannot use your art, we’ll contact you.

Black and white and color separated art that can be e-mailed, on disk or CD (and formatted for PC and Macintosh) is recommended.

We’re here to help. If you do not have suitable camera ready artwork, or if you need a logo or imprint designed, we will help you prepare your artwork at a reasonable rate.

Standard Imprinting: Most prices include one standard color and one location imprint at no additional charge. PMS colors or two color imprints are subject to additional per piece charges. Additional set-up and screen charges may apply.
Please note that in some cases, PMS color matching will be as close a match as possible on most items. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. This is due in part to the numerous surfaces to which ink may be applied. Some bleeding may occur on some surfaces. Please advise Ad Perfect Solutions if PMS colors are critical so that we may offer a solution.
