Placement of Orders
For convenient on-line ordering, just click on "My Account" and apply for your user name and password. Or, submit your purchase order by e-mail, fax or by mail stating the item number, quantity and size (if required), color requirements and artwork (see "Artwork" ) and delivery terms. Normal production time for most of our products is 7-10 working days after receipt and approval of artwork/proof plus shipping time. Allow additional time if preproduction proofs are required for approval prior to production. Rush service is available on many of our ad specialty items but may incur additional charges.

For your convenience, Ad Perfect Solutions accepts most major credit cards. A 50% deposit by credit card is required on all new orders until credit has been established. Balance is charged upon shipment of your ad specialty product. Payment terms are Net 15 days after receipt of invoice. Corporate account terms are welcome. Please submit, on your company letterhead, three trade references, bank contact information and your full contact information. A principal of your company must sign this credit application. Additional information may be requested. Allow three (3) weeks for credit approval. We reserve the right to limit or decline credit at any time.
A monthly late fee of 2.5% is charged to all overdue accounts.
Featured prices are per piece and are based on the quantity ordered. Please note that Specials are subject to the time frame indicated. Pricing is subject to change without prior notification. Contact us for details.
Ad Perfect Solutions recommends paper proofs. In some cases, artwork can be sent via e-mail for approval. Preproduction samples on large orders are recommended to insure quality and additional charges may apply. Preproduction samples are those actual products which show placement of your logo and specified color requirements in advance of an order. Contact us for quotation if a preproduction sample is required prior to completion of your order. See " Artwork" above for additional information.
Less-than-minimum quantities are available on many products featured in our catalogs. Typically, less-than-minimum quantities incur an additional up charge. Pricing on Specials cannot be ordered in less-than-minimum quantities. Less than minimum quantities that may be available are not listed on this site. Contact us for this information.
Over- and Under- Runs
Over/Under Runs are the result of start and stop limits of imprinting machinery. All imprinted orders are subject to a maximum of a 10% overrun or underrun as deemed by the industry standard and varies depending on the product ordered.. Exact quantity orders may be subject to an additional charge and is at the discretion of the individual supplier or manufacturer.
Unit pricing does not include shipping charges. All products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Shipments to multiple locations may incur additional split shipment charges. Note that most shipments are scheduled by ground unless customer or Ad Perfect Solutions deems it necessary to ship by alternate means in order to meet specified delivery schedules.
