Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a standardized format for distributing headlines and content. Many sites, and individuals, offer up-to-the-minute RSS feeds that can be displayed on your website. The headlines listed in the news feed will link back to the full story on the website where the story originated. RSS feeds can be used to keep your site fresh, providing content that changes constantly. This helps your site stand out, providing an added incentive for customers to return to your site.
When you find a newsfeed that you would like to add to your site, look for a link or button that looks like this: . Simply "right-click" over the link/image, select "copy shortcut", and paste that shortcut into RSS News Feed field for your block. For example, if you were to browse to the Yahoo RSS Feeds and select Top Stories - the address that you would paste into the News Feed address in the website editor would be: "http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/topstories".

You can also try searching the internet for "RSS feed" and see what you can find that might fit into your site. It's a great way to provide fresh content to your site and keep your customers returning for the latest news!
