Is there a minimum order?
Yes. However, the minimum order quantity will vary according to the product you purchase. Consult our product guide or sales rep for details.
Are taxes and shipping extra?
Shipping is added to all orders FOB our plant in Olathe, KS, as well as appropriate sales tax where applicable.(See also policies and artwork specifications.)
Are set up fees included?
Design and set up fees are an additional one time charge for all custom orders. Fees can be waived on orders that are camera ready or electronic files are provided.
What is the shipping time?
Stock products will normally ship from our plant within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Custom orders will normally ship from our plant within 5-7 days of RGI receiving the final print authorization. Complex or 4- color projects normally ship from our plant within 12-15 days of final print authorization. All orders ship UPS Ground unless another carrier and delivery method is requested. Freight charges, other than UPS Ground, must be prepaid.
How do I get directories at no cost?
This is a very popular request by many properties. You can receive your guest directory through the advertising support of the local businesses in your community. Our sales representative will stay at your hotel to obtain the advertising from your area. The production costs of the directory product you choose can potentially be deferred or reduced. A directory will be produced based on the support generated. For more information, see our directory product guide in our Online Shopping Section or contact one of our project coordinators.
What if there is not enough advertising support?
The advertising support needed is greatly measured by the Guest Directory product you choose. In the event the minimum participation is not achieved, we can do one of the following:
• Return all checks to sponsors without prejudice. The Guest Directory will not be published.
• Substitute a Guest Directory product, which more adequately reflects the advertising revenues received.
• The Hotel will pay the difference between the advertising revenues achieved and the total cost of the Guest Directory product requested.
Where does the sales rep stay while selling the advertising space?
Our agreement requires the hotel to provide a complimentary sleeping room, parking, local phone calls and fax privileges for a maximum of 2 – 3 weeks, depending on the directory product you choose.
What do I need to provide RGI?
Our sales rep will meet with the GM to coordinate copy information and artwork for the directory. All copy including menus, property layout, area churches and attractions, etc must be provided to the sales rep by the end of their sales efforts. Click here to download our directory workbook.
How do I schedule a Sales Rep for my property?
Contact a project coordinator at 800-317-8723, or submit a request online from this site. A project coordinator will contact you to schedule a convenient time to begin work.
Can directories be produced without advertising?
Yes. The advertising support is a way to defer or reduce the cost of producing a guest directory for your property. However, there are many reasons a property may choose not to allow advertisers in their directories. The style of your property, brand specifications or requirements, or a previously unpleasant experience just to name a few. In any case, we can design and produce a directory which will fully complement your property and motif at an affordable price. Are there cancellation charges?
In extraordinary cases where the cancellation of an order becomes necessary, the customer is required to pay for work performed to date. (See our policies.) Design or graphic fees originally included with product pricing will be due in accordance with the effective bill rate at that time.
